I have an opening for a junior
lecturer to join the group on a 3 year
contract initially (starting at the earliest
possible time). The applicant must be
able to teach Introductory Astronomy
(to the freshman year), and
Electromagnetism (to third year
Physics/Electrical Engineering
Students). Interested applicants should
contact PC directly by email and attach
a full CV.
I also have 2 PhD studentships open
(but cannot pay overseas fees, so a
UK/EU citizen would be favoured)
in the area of: Experimental Physics
(microfluidics/lab-on-a-chip technology)
and also in Computational Physics
(non-linear modelling and dynamics).
Those interested can ask for further
details by phone, and supply PC with a
CV at the earliest possible time.

'Gosh Betty, but you CICaSS folks seem to have all the latest
kit. We don't have anything like this at MIT!'
'Quite so Lydia. You see it's in our little group's best interests
to be right on the cutting edge of biophysics research. Come
to think of it, a bright spark like you would fit in well around
here - why don't you come and join us?'
'Really? Me? Gosh, what an opportunity to learn some topper
skills in a unique and exciting interdisciplinary
environment!....Where do I sign?'
Come Join Betty and Lydia - You know it makes sense!
